Aftercare Services

We provide ongoing support to families after they leave our program. Our aftercare support services include financial coaching, job training, and access to additional resources. Aftercare also provides continued savings options for our graduate families.

We understand that providing housing alone isn't enough to alleviate homelessness. That's why we have post-shelter extended support programs that provide services from family mentoring to case management, ensuring families do not slip back into homelessness. Our community initiatives are a testament to the compassion and innovation of our volunteers, and we continue to develop initiatives that match local needs with local resources.
