Lisa Donnot: Lisa has been our Executive Director since 2013. She came to us after a 20 year career in Criminal Justice. After raising seven children, she is now an adventurous empty-nester who spends her free time backpacking, hiking, and snowshoeing.
Michelle Downey: Michelle holds down the fort as our on-site Social Worker. One of her favorite things is to go glamping with her husband, three kids, and two giant labradoodles. She loves pottery and makes stain glass windows in her free time.
Mary Lou Affleck: Mary Lou is our Transitional Housing Manager. She has 45 years of affordable housing and rural development experience, including affiliations with Rebuilding Together and NeighborWorks Montana. Mary Lou has two adult children, four adult grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
Felicia Burg: Felicia is our Development Coordinator. She is married with three kids and enjoys kayaking. Felicia went to a Shakespearean Drama Camp every summer growing up and taught speech and debate in a one room schoolhouse.
Sharon Henderson: Sharon is our diligent Accountant and Secretary. She has been with us since February of 2011. Happy seven years! Sharon is the treasurer of the chorus of the Daughters of the Nile club. She has two daughters and has been married for 48 years!
Mark Vinner: Mark is our early-riser morning bus driver. He retired in 2015 from a career as a Commercial Driver License Examiner. He has been married to his wife, Holly, for 22 years and has two daughters, four grandchildren, two golden retrievers, and two cats. In his free time, Mark enjoys hunting, fishing, bowling, golf, and cooking on his barbeque.
Tatiana Morales Tatiana is our Program assistant and afternoon bus driver. She grew up in California before moving to Montana to raise her 3 children. She comes to us from an education background, having worked with low income and special needs families. She enjoys photography and writing poetry, as well as spending time with her children, her pitbull and cat around a bonfire in their yard.
