Aftercare Program

The aftercare program is for families who have gone through the Emergency Shelter or Transitional Housing Program and still wish to continue working with the FPYV program.

These families are now eligible to continue life skills classes, attend yearly get togethers, like the Annual Holiday Party and the Summer Fun children’s activities and participate in any future programing that FPYV has to offer.
